Hello everyone! Hope you are all having a good week. What are your crafty plans for the upcoming weekend? I hope take a trip to Hobbycraft and stock up on supplies (YAY!!) so I can begin making my Christmas cards!!! (I LOVE Christmas!)
Recently I bought the Sticker Kitten Birthday Dinos paper pack and stamps designed by the talented Sarah Douglas aka Sticker Kitten. Check out Sarah's Instagram page (@sticker.kitten) and/or her website www.stickerkitten.co.uk for details of how you can buy Sarah's paper packs and stamps.
Today I am going to talk you through how to make this super cute and super simple birthday card using this range.
To make this card, you will need:
2. Cut a piece of yellow card, approx 12cm x 7.5cm and attach to the centre of the card.
3. Cut a piece of the teal and white poka dot paper approx 11.5cm x 6.5cm and attach on top of the yellow card.
4. Using the Birthday Dinos stamps, stamps each of the dinosaurs onto different coloured card and cut out. (I used the Papermania Capsule assorted colossal colours card pack for these)
5. Cut another piece of yellow card, approx 7cm x 4cm and stamp 'Happy birthday' using the Birthday Dinos 'happy birthday' stamp and hand draw a border using a black fineliner pen. Attach this to the centre of your card at an angle and arrange the dinosaurs around it. Attach the dinosaurs to the card, attach the front dinosaurs using 3D foams squares to make them stand out.
6. Lastly, cut out the bunting from the Birthday Dinos paper pack and attach across the top of the card using 3D foam squares.
