November is here, which means Christmas is getting closer!! Yay!!!
For today's blog post I am going to talk you through my latest design team make for Craft Consortium. I made a simple Christmas shaker card using the Hackney and Co Winter Woodland paper pad.
To make this card, I did the following:
- Cover the card blank in the grey and white floral paper.
- Cut out the circles for the shaker element out of the forest paper and a piece of acetate the same size.
- Cut out the frame using the circle nesting dies out of the gold acorn paper.
- Assemble the shaker element, fill with the glitter and attach to the centre of the card.
- Add a strip of the gold ribbon along the bottom of the card.
- Stamp the 'Noel' sentiment and attach to the bottom right hand corner of the card with 3D adhesive foam squares.
The products I used for this make are as follows:
- Winter Woodland paper pad.
- Acetate.
- Xcut nest circle dies to make the shaker element.
- Docrafts Folk Floral 'Noel' stamp.
- Always and Forever gold ribbon from Craft Consortium.
- Docrafts Papermania Iridescent fine glitter for the shaker element.
- Docrafts Folk Floral 'Noel' stamp.
Thank you for stopping by :)
