Hello lovely crafters!
Todays blog post is about my latest design team make for Craft Consortium. I would like to share with you a little tutorial of how you can make this card.
Todays blog post is about my latest design team make for Craft Consortium. I would like to share with you a little tutorial of how you can make this card.
To make this card you will need the Hackney and Co Winter Woodland paper pad and stamps.
1. Firstly, cover the card blank with the gold acorn paper.
2. Cut a rectangle out of the acorn patterned paper, which is smaller in size of the card and mount onto a piece of craft card. Ensure there is around a 2mm border of the kraft card.
3. Die cut a circle into the centre of the rectangle. I used the Xcut circle nesting die. You can also use a circle punch to do this.
4. Attach to the card blank using 3D adhesive foam squares.
5. Stamp the squirrel image onto a piece of kraft card and colour in.
6. Cut out the squirrel image and attach to the card using 3D adhesive foam squares. Attach the squirrel into the centre of the circle aperture.
7. Add the thank you sentiment at the bottom of the card. You can use any style sentiment you wish. I bought these wooden 'Thanks' sentiments from Stampin' Up.
Thank you for reading through my tutorial today :)
